HAP
is specialised in precision automotive parts production
that needs cold forming units for iron and non iron
tubes and rods. Every manner of subsequent machining
to completion is possible. HAP is a master of all methods
of cold forming:

Swaging
:
rotary swaging, die closing swaging, stationary spindle
swaging.

Forming
:
in-line end forming, rotary forming.
•
Push-Pull
:
This production method is only offered by the company
Harrington. Through this method the traditional limits
of cold forming (rotary swaging or rotary forming) can
be exceeded.
Advantages
These
cold forming processes allow the production of pieces
with complicated forms, with high precision, in a very
short time and with the optimised amount of material.
Metals like carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium
and nearly all non-iron materials can be cold formed. |
